In light of the fast-moving developments surrounding the Novel Coronavirus situation, it is of utmost importance that everyone do his or her part in preventing the spread of infection and keep our residents and community safe.
AIS is committed to maintaining a safe and healthy workplace for our employees and helping our clients to do the same, and are monitoring developments regarding the coronavirus outbreak and the recommendations of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health (CDPH).
To raise the level of awareness and in an effort to keep our staff properly and accurately informed, we have provided the attached CDPH Guidance for Field Staff for your information and reference.
We have taken additional steps to ensure that AIS is here to serve you in the safest way possible.
These enhanced safety measures include:

Increasing accessibility of protective equipment such as gloves, alcohol-based hand sanitizers and face masks for employees at jobsites the protect the safety of the community

Ensuring our employees have the information they need to stay healthy and steps they can take to protect themselves and their families, such as:

Promoting good hygiene standards like frequent handwashing with soap

Routinely cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched objects and surfaces

Minimizing close contact – try to stay at least 6 feet away

Not sharing objects such as utensils, cups, food and drink
