Absolute International Security (AIS) is a licensed Bureau of Security and Investigative Services (BSIS) Private Patrol Operator that provides security services spanning from Los Angeles County to Orange County to Riverside County to San Bernardino County. Due to our rapid growth and the ever-increasing need for security, we are looking for armed/unarmed professionals with a valid BSIS Guard Card. Additional certifications⁠, such as a baton permit, OC Pepper Spray certification, CPR certification and a clean driving record are highly valued.

Job Title: Financial Analyst

Full-Time: 40 hours per week

Job duties:

Perform various financial modeling and spreadsheet analyses, such as IRR (Internal Rate of Return) and DCF (Discounted Cash Flow) analysis. Collect and analyze financial and business data relating to costs of operations (personnel, project finances, financing terms, and marketing, etc.) to support company's business decisions, transaction management, and financial controls, and provide analytical reports to top management. Prepare finance summaries and analyze the proposed business finance plan and devise alternatives as needed; and compile, analyze, and project company’s current year’s statistical data to prepare finance reports to analyze how company’s capitals can be efficiently allocated. Prepare financial data sheets and executive summaries for all active projects; assist in the preparation of investment memorandums. Organize and present data analysis, draw objective conclusions and make recommendations on financial resource allocation, financing terms, and strategic financing alternatives. Analyze and explain deviations between company’s established financial policies and actual spending data to locate the cause of deviations.

Education Requirement: Master degree in Finance or Business Administration.

Job Title: Financial Accountant

Job duties:

1. Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.

2. Perform financial analysis and present practical solutions from a cost vs. benefit analysis.

3. Perform financial decision-making information by collecting, analyzing, investing, and reporting financial data.

4. Review and correct deficiencies identified on Internal Financial Reports.

5. Comply with State and Federal tax filing requirements by studying regulations, adhering to requirements, advising management on required actions, and calculating quarterly estimated tax payments and assembling data for quarterly and annual tax filing.

6. Prepare, verify, adjust and balance journals and ledgers, and independently prepare financial reports and correspondence.

7. Respond to financial inquiries by gathering, analyzing, summarizing, and interpreting complex financial data, and provide special advice by studying operation issues, applying financial principles and developing recommendations.

8. Prepare work papers, accounting worksheets, reconciliations and financial statements.

Education Requirement: Master degree in Accounting or Finance.
